StableVac is designed and manufactured by Surgin, a privately held medical device company involved in numerous surgical specialties including Arthroscopy, Ophthalmology, Hand Surgery, Endoscopy and Colon & Rectal Surgery. Surgin is dedicated to providing the medical industry with quality, innovative and cost-effective products.
Headquartered in Irvine, California, Surgin maintains a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with a Class 10,000 clean room for product assembly and packaging. All products pass through a rigorous Quality Assurance Program to ensure that Surgin products meet the highest possible standards. Surgin is certified to ISO 13485 standards.
Surgin sells its products domestically through distributors and independent sales representatives and internationally through independent distributors with coverage across Western Europe, Japan, the Middle East, Australia and China.
Our Product
Surgin’s proprietary Restricted Flow™ technology was first introduced in the ophthalmic marketplace in 2005. In 2006, Bausch & Lomb licensed the technology for exclusive use in the ophthalmic marketplace.
The success of Restricted Flow technology in ophthalmology led to new market applications. In 2008, Surgin introduced StableVac with Restricted Flow technology in the arthroscopy marketplace.
